About the role

• Solution Architect designing technology initiatives for the Brazilian energy market startup N5X. Leading architecture and implementation of cloud solutions and innovative financial technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create architecture diagrams for new solutions or document existing solutions to produce an architecture map;
• Provide Technical Leadership in building technology solutions;
• Define architectures using integration technologies in Cloud Computing environments;
• Make rational, efficient use of available technology resources;
• Ensure alignment with the business and integrations with corporate solutions;
• Promote, disseminate and/or design IT architecture practices, models, standards, and principles;
• Evaluate and manage technical debt by balancing cost, risk, and schedule;
• Monitor the market to identify technologies, startups, and strategic partners;
• Conduct and lead proofs of concept and tests to ensure the feasibility of adopting new technologies.

Requirements

• Experience designing distributed applications, software development lifecycle, and application pipeline/deployment (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience in system architecture design, microservices, high-volume data applications, and building resilient, scalable, and secure systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), their ceremonies, and tools (Jira and Miro).
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
