About the role

  • OpenShift Architect providing end‑to‑end operational support for OpenShift clusters and VMware environments. Collaborating with teams for CI/CD pipeline improvement and troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end‑to‑end operational support for OpenShift clusters and VMware environments
  • Ensuring high availability and stability
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues using Splunk logs
  • Driving permanent fixes with an SRE mindset
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
  • Improve deployment automation
  • Support global operations, including working in shift/24×7 environments as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 9+ years of experience
  • At least 4+ years relevant hands‑on experience with OpenShift, VMware administration, and DevOps tools/practices
  • Proficiency in Splunk‑based troubleshooting, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, GitHub)
  • Skilled in Shell scripting / Python / PowerShell
  • Comfortable working with RESTful APIs (GET, POST, PATCH, PUT)
  • Exposure or working knowledge of ArgoCD is preferred
