About the role

  • Senior Support Analyst at N5X establishing IT structure and supporting end users with Google Workspace expertise. Managing helpdesk operations and ensuring IT service quality in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • Google Workspace: advanced administration of the Google suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) as our primary email and file storage platform, including permissions management, Shared Drives, retention policies, email security and auditing.
  • Identity and access management: administer Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) integrated with Google, covering SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and identity governance.
  • Device management (MDM & Intune): define and implement compliance and device-management strategies (Windows and macOS) using Microsoft Intune, ensuring endpoint security regardless of collaboration platform.
  • IT support and operations: manage helpdesk operations and provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, resolving complex incidents and ensuring alignment with internal standards.
  • Asset management: oversee the IT asset lifecycle (hardware/software), ensuring full inventory control and resource optimization.
  • Network infrastructure and connectivity: perform basic troubleshooting for VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi and routers.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring: provide guidance and act as a technical mentor, fostering team development.
  • Continuous improvement: produce technical documentation and lead automation initiatives to reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience: minimum 3 to 5 years of prior experience in the role or in related areas at a senior level.
  • Google Workspace: advanced proficiency with the Google Workspace admin console (user management, Drive, security, reporting).
  • Operating systems and MDM: proficiency with Windows and macOS, and demonstrated experience administering Microsoft Intune to manage the device fleet.
  • Networks: solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
  • Tools: experience with ITSM and monitoring tools.
  • Languages: fluency in Portuguese and English.
