Responsibilities
Support the Risk team's daily operations (organizing materials, tracking outstanding items, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining records).
Collect, process, and organize data for recurring analyses (internal databases and external sources), ensuring data quality and traceability.
Assist in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and monitoring controls (KPIs, delivery status, monitoring routines).
Conduct research and benchmarking (market, risk practices, methodologies, regulation) and consolidate findings.
Prepare presentations and executive materials (summaries, slides, briefing notes) for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Support process improvement initiatives (mapping, standardization, documentation) focused on efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Support automation initiatives (scripts, integrations, and routines) and testing/validation of new tools.
Organize and manage the Risk area backlog.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in business fields (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance), quantitative fields (Mathematics, Engineering, Technology) or related areas.
Advanced English (reading and writing).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentations.
Programming in Python (data manipulation with Pandas/Polars, automation of routines, API consumption).
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis.
Basic knowledge of databases (SQL and AWS).
Interest in energy markets, clearing/CCP, market risk, and regulatory topics.
