About the role

  • Junior Event Project Manager at Havas Play creating and coordinating brand events and activations. Collaborating with teams to ensure successful execution and adherence to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in designing brand events aligned with the client brief
  • Assist in implementing creative recommendations by identifying and sourcing innovative concepts
  • Manage the project during the production phase by coordinating the various stakeholders and suppliers
  • Contribute to creating, monitoring, and optimizing budgets, and take part in supplier negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines set by internal teams
  • Ensure effective information flow to all project stakeholders and suppliers
  • Support on-site coordination for events and ensure smooth execution on the day
  • Ensure project reporting and formal closure
  • Maintain daily monitoring of event industry news and trends

Requirements

  • Candidates entering their fourth year of study, on a gap year, or enrolled in a master’s program (Bac+4/Bac+5)
  • One or more experiences in events and project management, preferably in an agency
  • Familiarity with event industry roles and practices
  • Ability to identify the right experts and source suppliers
  • Ability to meet client requirements and brand codes
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Be responsive, proactive, and able to anticipate unforeseen issues
  • Proactive and creative mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Pack Office)
