About the role

  • Marketing Manager leading events strategy and customer engagement initiatives at Diabolocom. Driving high-quality experiences to strengthen customer relationships and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the strategy, planning and execution of Diabolocom's user club and events, ensuring high-quality experiences that drive customer engagement, strengthen brand positioning and deliver measurable business impact
  • Act as a key member of the marketing team, contributing to broader marketing initiatives, campaign execution and content development
  • Plan and execute end-to-end customer events (User Club sessions, webinars, product launches, executive events)
  • Collaborate with Product and CX teams to ensure content is relevant and valuable for customers
  • Measure performance, analyze feedback and optimize the program's impact

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on event management in a B2B environment
  • Experience with customer engagement programs such as user clubs, community management or customer experience (CX) initiatives is highly valued
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and senior stakeholders to build strong relationships
  • Proven ability to manage complex end-to-end projects with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strategic mindset able to link events and community initiatives to business outcomes (engagement, pipeline, retention, NPS)
  • Strong communication and content development skills, with the ability to produce compelling marketing materials
  • Proficiency in creating high-impact presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); additional languages (Spanish, German) a plus
  • Interest in the tech industry, particularly SaaS, AI and customer experience solutions
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate across time zones
