About the role

  • Event Operations Executive coordinating operational aspects of exhibitions and events for RX in Germany. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences for exhibitors and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute operational aspects of exhibitions and events from concept to delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external suppliers (venues, stand builders, logistics partners)
  • Manage exhibitor services, including manuals, order forms, and on-site support
  • Oversee floorplans, space allocation, and on-site logistics
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost control
  • Conduct post-event analysis, including surveys and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
  • Support continuous improvement of operational processes and tools

Requirements

  • First experience in event operations, project management, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to support on-site during events
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (min. B2/C1)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event tools is a plus
