About the role

• Consultant in Growth, Marketing & Comms at Havas Play, assisting in client acquisition and market outreach efforts. Responsibilities include strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic and creative thinking (benchmarking, strategic & creative ideation), coordinate expert input, and draft recommendations for pitches and proactive prospect outreach.
• Support the team in improving and updating cross-functional tools and work methods (market monitoring, CRM, agency presentation, client references, etc.).
• Contribute to identifying new growth levers for the agency (market watch, prospect identification, and new service offerings).
• Conduct daily market monitoring and produce a weekly newsletter.
• Prepare analytical documents on prospects (in-depth analysis of the brand, market, competitors, consumer trends, etc.).
• Take part in key stages of a pitch: preparing client meetings, co-writing the creative brief with strategic planning, monitoring creative development, and preparing presentation materials.
• Coordinate agency teams involved in pitches: creative teams (tracking creative development, debriefs and reporting), strategic planning, social/digital/CRM, etc.
• Assist in preparing recurring New Business documents (agency presentation, application dossiers, credentials & agency references, etc.).

Requirements

• You are currently a student in your final year of a business school, communication school, or a related program.
• You are known for your boundless curiosity.
• You demonstrate a lot (and we mean a lot) of rigor.
• You understand that presentation matters — form brings substance to the surface.
• You are recognized for your interpersonal intelligence.
• You dislike routine and are not afraid of the unknown.
• You want to learn a great deal and progress quickly.
• You speak fluent English, both written and spoken.
