About the role

  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative assisting customers with orders and inquiries at MySigrid. Providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately take customer orders over the phone, in-person, or via online platforms, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, promotions, and other services. Ensure customers have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner. Offer suitable solutions and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and efficient communication with all customers.
  • Verify that orders are correct before processing to ensure customers receive their food as expected.
  • Process customer payments accurately, using the point of sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, or mobile payments efficiently.
  • Promote menu items, new products, and promotions to customers, while maintaining a focus on meeting their needs.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve the overall customer experience.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure orders are prepared and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for both customers and staff.

Requirements

  • **Fluency in English and Spanish** (both written and verbal) is a must.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, especially in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
