About the role

  • Google Ads & Tracking Expert at MRP optimizing campaigns through data analysis and collaboration. Leading strategies with a remote model based in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Data-driven. You continuously analyze and optimize data to drive campaign growth.
  • Collaboration. Develop marketing strategies with our social media team and with clients — targeted and effective.
  • Intrapreneurship. You act as the client's main point of contact. You independently lead strategic planning, campaign setups, and data analyses.
  • Measurement. Implement and maintain tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). Analyze campaigns, derive insights, and produce regular reports.
  • Creativity. You improve existing campaigns and think well beyond the obvious.
  • Client relations. With your empathetic, professional, and confident manner, you build long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in roles such as Online Marketing Manager, SEM/Performance Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Google Ads and tracking.
  • Strong experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • Coding knowledge is a plus — for example, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to adapt tracking scripts.
  • Excellent German skills (C2). English skills (at least B2) are a plus.
