About the role

  • Sachbearbeiter Einkauf responsible for procurement and contract negotiations at Pichlmayr/Novita. Collaborating with team members to deliver efficient purchasing processes and supplier management.

Responsibilities

  • Place orders
  • Monitor delivery status
  • Invoice verification
  • Budget monitoring
  • Request quotes, including price negotiations
  • Manage shopping carts
  • Manage the approval workflow
  • Compare suppliers and, if necessary, realign supplier relationships and renegotiate prices
  • Support for Operational Managers (preparation and follow-up of documents and information, organization and coordination of ongoing matters and special tasks)

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training
  • Technical experience desirable; at minimum an interest in technical subjects
  • Several years of professional experience
