About the role
- Planning, designing, and producing social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Developing creative ideas and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines
- Creating high-quality visuals using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Shooting and editing content using CapCut, smartphones, or cameras (Reels, Stories, etc.)
- Using social media planning tools like SocialPilot to organize and publish content
- Experimenting with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, or Sora
- Staying up to date on social media trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team
- Working closely with our strategy and design team to develop engaging content
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation (agency or in-house)
- Degree in media, communications, design, or a related field
- Confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with CapCut and social media management tools (e.g., SocialPilot)
- Solid photo and video skills (bonus: experience with professional camera gear)
- Familiar with formats and trends on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Interest in AI-powered content creation
- Native German speaker with good English skills (Spanish is a plus)
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail
- Willingness to relocate to Barcelona
