About the role

  • Performance & Strategy Lead at creading, specializing in Social Media Marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborate directly with agency founder and manage key performance tasks in hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will work directly with me (Mia, Founder & Managing Director) as an equal sparring partner—both operationally and strategically.
  • Social media performance marketing: planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns (primarily Meta, with other platforms to be considered).
  • Structured budget management, goal setting & KPI tracking.
  • Monitoring, analysis & clear reporting of campaign results.
  • Deriving clear action recommendations for clients & the team.
  • Developing social media strategies, campaign setups & content logic.
  • Contributing ideas for pitch decks, annual planning, and new formats.
  • Translating brand and communication objectives into actionable social concepts.
  • Supporting the development of service offers, deliverables & packaging.
  • Management-level sparring (not just execution).
  • Quality assurance & approvals.
  • Reviewing all creative work for brand fit, strategic logic & performance suitability.
  • Providing feedback & approvals for content, campaigns and concepts.
  • Ensuring our high quality standards across all clients.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in an agency or in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising (especially Meta).
  • Analytical thinking & enjoyment of working with numbers, reports and presentations.
  • Ability to explain strategies clearly—both internally and to clients.
  • Confident presence, personal responsibility & a structured working style.
  • Eagerness to take responsibility and proactively shape initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of design and photography is a plus.
