About the role

  • Health Solutions Consultant working with healthcare professionals to implement value-added offerings. Engaging with physicians to enhance safe prescribing of new and existing products by Elvium Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Healthcare professional education: Conduct in-person, virtual and telephone meetings with a specific panel of physicians and healthcare professionals to share relevant information about the company and its products, enabling professionals to make informed decisions for their patients.
  • Program development and implementation: Plan, design and/or implement educational and promotional programs tailored to client needs to provide balanced information on therapeutic areas and product-specific needs of the organization.
  • Building strong relationships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through in-person, virtual and telephone interactions, seeking to understand their needs and identify partnership or value-add opportunities for their practices.
  • Territory administration: Complete territory administration in a timely manner to meet reporting requirements and internal objectives (e.g., daily logging of calls in the CRM, weekly expense reports).
  • Annual business plan: Develop and execute an annual business plan to identify potential commercial opportunities within the territory and ensure corporate objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (science, business or equivalent)
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic CCPE accreditation
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess and develop/execute territory-level business plans
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and colleagues in commercial activities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain credible relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and delivering value in every interaction
  • Commitment to fostering a cohesive team environment and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional partners
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required to manage the complexity and demands of the role
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel
  • Reside in or near the territory
