Responsibilities
- Act as the area consultant and technical reference, responsible for leading AI transformation projects.
- Design end-to-end architectures for solutions involving LLMs, RAG and agents, conduct assessments, identify optimizations, design technical architecture solutions, ensure technical standards, and work hands-on on strategic projects.
- Design robust architectures involving LLMs, RAG, agents, vectorization, pipelines and integrations.
- Define technical standards, best practices and governance for the AI area.
- Create and maintain internal AI frameworks, accelerators and reusable components.
- Approve technical solutions proposed by the team.
- Conduct technical deep-dives with clients, perform AS-IS mapping and define TO-BE states.
- Identify automation opportunities and productivity gains using AI.
- Prepare complete technical blueprints for solutions.
- Participate in the development of strategic POCs.
- Take part in code and architecture reviews.
- Support implementation together with the technical team.
- Participate in strategic meetings with clients.
- Deliver technical defenses during RFPs.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
- Mentor the technical team, review deliverables and ensure quality.
- Coordinate priorities, solution design and platform strategy.
Requirements
- Strong command of LLM models (OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, among others).
- Advanced experience with RAG, indexing, embeddings and vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, Chroma, Redis).
- Software architecture knowledge (microservices, APIs, messaging).
- Cloud experience: AWS or Azure.
- Advanced Python skills.
- Experience with pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps.
- Proficiency in integrations with enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of security, LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) and data governance.
