Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years’ proven initiative management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ initiative management experience
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages
- Previous Commercial Credit/lending experience or relevant financial services industry experience
- Risk Management foundational knowledge
- Experience with the development of visualization and reporting solutions
- Power BI experience
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
