About the role

  • Strategic owner of brand and campaign strategy briefs for T-Mobile for Business. Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure clarity and accuracy across initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the development and quality of all campaign and quarterly strategy briefs, ensuring alignment to T-Mobile for Business brand and segment priorities
  • Partner with segment, and integrated marketing teams to translate objectives into clear, actionable briefs for studios and agencies
  • Lead campaign planning rhythms, including quarterly planning, prioritization, and readiness reviews
  • Identify, prevent, and resolve strategy and execution gaps that could negatively impact brand media investment and campaign performance
  • Track campaign performance and post-campaign takeaways, incorporating insights into future briefs to drive continuous improvement
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 4-7 years - Experience leading or supporting integrated marketing or campaign initiatives, preferably with large-scale brand investment
  • 4-7 years - Project management experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • 4-7 years - Experience partnering with creative teams, agencies, or vendors
