About the role

- Participate in various banking projects as a subject-matter specialist, business analyst, tester, coordinator, project manager, etc.
- Develop strategies, methods and processes for current issues faced by financial services providers
- Support our clients in meeting supervisory and regulatory requirements, e.g., research, preparation, presentation and implementation of regulatory requirements for risk controlling and risk management as part of project work (CRD, IRRBB, MaRisk, ESG, etc.)
- Where applicable, perform project-related data processing using VBA, Excel, Access, SQL, Python, R.
Requirements
- Completed academic degree (Mathematics, Physics, Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, etc.)
- Several years of experience in bank controlling or management within the banking or consulting environment
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Open to new topics and passionate about quantitative, analytical and regulatory issues
- Independent, analytical and structured approach to work
- Open demeanour and a friendly, professional manner with clients and colleagues
- High degree of team orientation and team skills
- Very good German language skills and at least basic English skills
- Ideally, confident handling of data processing tools (VBA/Excel, VBA/Access, SQL, etc.)
- Willingness to travel rounds off your qualifications
