About the role
- Product Analyst supporting Patient Safety and Quality & Compliance at global healthcare leader. Collaborating with international teams to deliver high quality IT solutions and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Build deep knowledge of Patient Safety systems and processes, especially those involving Veeva Vaults
- Develop strong relationships within the technical expert community
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover and communicate user needs and support product discovery and analysis
- Write clear and actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Lead planning, design, and support testing activities, with emphasis on edge case scenarios
- Provide close business analysis support to the Product Manager to ensure valuable and viable product outcomes
- Compile training and communication materials for end users
- Prioritize competing business demands effectively
- Understand technology standards and architecture guidelines and contribute to IT development by reviewing proposed technical solutions
- Prepare and review technical documentation for owned solutions
- Act as both a team player and a proactive individual contributor
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- 3 to 5 years IT business analyst and/or technical analyst experience
- Proven experience in IT, including software development lifecycle and business process design
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and identify pain points
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and apply them to business needs
- Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset
- Experience managing relationships across cultures, geographies, and organizational levels
- Very good communication skills, ability to work in international and intercultural teams
- Self-driven personality with a strong focus on understanding and measuring business value
- Experience designing solutions that enable end users to effectively use data and increase productivity
