About the role

  • Customer Manager responsible for promoting oncology products and achieving sales objectives in Poland. Collaborating with customers and planning activities to ensure business success in the pharma industry.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Manager is responsible for the promotion of our oncology portfolio
  • Maintaining and establishing relations with assigned and potential customers in his/her territory
  • Achieving set sales objectives for promoted products according to sales plans and allocated budget
  • Planning activities within the territory based on marketing recommendations
  • Responsible for sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers
  • Providing product information to customers in line with marketing strategy
  • Planning, organizing and participating in appropriate group activities (presentations, meetings with expert, congresses etc.)
  • Timely administrating e-contract system, CRM Veeva performing activity reports
  • Timely providing relevant information to superior about local market, competitors’ activities
  • Achieves sales goals while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements

  • University degree (preferably life science or business)
  • 5 years of experience on pharma sales (preferably experience on hospital or oncology setting)
  • Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel
  • Strong scientific profile, ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focus, excellent customer relationship
  • Positive attitude with can do and growth mindset with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
  • Loyalty, honesty, team worker
  • Good planning and organization, analysis and problem solving, creative thinking
  • Listening and learning (ready to receive feedback)
  • Competent presentation skills
  • Very good command of English language, computer and digital skills
