About the role

  • Corporate Services Manager leading corporate services for international companies in Brazil. Overseeing accounting, tax, payroll, and compliance while developing a corporate services team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for international clients, providing guidance and best practices to operate successfully in Brazil
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of corporate services: accounting, tax, payroll, and legal compliance, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage and develop the Corporate Services team (planning, supervision of A/P-A/R, bank reconciliations, payroll, reporting…)
  • Review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) and ensure accuracy before client delivery
  • Supervise monthly and annual tax and statutory compliance processes
  • Support clients in budgeting, forecasting, and financial structuring
  • Ensure high-quality reporting and provide strategic insights to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in accounting, corporate services, or advisory environment
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian accounting, tax, and compliance environment
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (French is a plus)
