- Provide technical leadership and support to packaging equipment and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute packaging and device assembly equipment
- Troubleshoot packaging operations and assess equipment technology
- Lead technical projects and equipment technology assessments
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership role (i.e., Maintenance, Operation and/or Engineering)
- Strong background in the medical device, combination product, pharmaceutical packaging equipment and operational process
- Exceptional project management skills
- Thorough knowledge and proven expertise in GMP application and quality systems
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
