Responsibilities
Support business and marketing teams by defining objectives, metrics, and analysis approaches for digital performance and optimization initiatives.
Analyze user behavior and digital performance using Adobe Analytics and related tools.
Develop clear, visual, and insight-driven reports and dashboards.
Support Test & Learn / A/B/n testing initiatives using Adobe Target, including monitoring, analysis, and recommendations.
Contribute to the design of hypotheses, success metrics, and experimentation plans for content, UX, and conversion optimization.
Identify optimization opportunities and propose improvements focused on conversion and customer experience.
Monitor test execution and results, ensuring proper implementation and stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, UX, Dev, Analytics) across LATAM and global environments.
Participate in meetings and provide analytical support for ongoing digital initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, MIS, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, digital analytics, experimentation, or Test & Learn roles.
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or other testing tools (e.g., Optimizely) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support testing and customization.
