- Konzeption & Struktur: Du entwickelst die Logik hinter dem Forum – welche Kategorien brauchen wir? Wie nutzen wir Tags sinnvoll?
- Content Creation: Du verwandelst „trockene“ FAQs, Tickets und Dokumentationen in spannende, hilfreiche Forenbeiträge
- Community-Strategie: Du entwirfst Moderations-Guidelines und Rollenkonzepte, damit sich unsere Nutzer:innen wohlfühlen
- Wissenstransfer: Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit so, dass das Forum auch nach deinem Praktikum erfolgreich weiterwachsen kann
Requirements
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (z. B. Kommunikationswissenschaften, BWL, Medieninformatik oder Technische Redaktion)
- Du schreibst sicher auf Deutsch (C1) und hast ein Händchen für Texte, die präzise und gleichzeitig einladend sind
- Softwareprodukte begeistern dich
- Du arbeitest gern eigenständig, hast einen Blick fürs Detail und liebst es, Ordnung in komplexe Informationen zu bringen
