About the role

  • Product Manager defining and developing strategic direction for digital financial services at Hungarian neobank. Managing end-to-end product lifecycle and collaborating with multiple internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end product lifecycle management, including product strategy and development roadmap creation.
  • Gathering business requirements and preparing detailed product specifications.
  • Developing pricing strategies, continuously monitoring profitability, and tracking business KPIs.
  • Ongoing analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs; identifying innovation opportunities.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams such as IT, legal, sales, back office, and customer support.
  • Managing relationships and professional alignment with external partners and vendors.
  • Coordinating product launches and supporting business-side testing activities.
  • Preparing documentation, training materials, and reports; presenting to senior management.
  • Monitoring the market and regulatory environment and incorporating compliance requirements into product processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, economics, or a technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management or digital product development, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
  • Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Self-driven, proactive attitude with an ownership mindset.
  • Confident use of Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
