About the role

  • Sales Manager at MPLC managing inside sales team for public performance licensing. Responsible for team performance, strategy, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Building a high-performing Sales Team: Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic planning and execution: Developing and implementing strategies to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Coaching and mentorship: Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help your team members improve their skills and reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • A passionate and inspiring manager with experience managing and developing an inside sales team.
  • Experience of selling and coaching B2B salespeople to achieve their very best.
  • You have worked in a high-volume outbound call environment.
  • You will have built/rebuilt a sales team and can demonstrate how you did it.
  • Have a growth mindset – continually raising standards and performance.
  • You think strategically and have delivered meaningful, sustainable change.
