Requirements
Strong sense for interdependencies and a solid methodological foundation in process management.
Initial experience in the public sector.
Experience modeling and documenting business processes (e.g., with BPMN).
Knowledge of common BPM tools (e.g., Adonis, Camunda, Signavio).
Analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
Degree in public administration, economics, social sciences, political science, or a related field.
Interest in further developing the consulting approach toward impact-oriented process management.
