About the role

  • Analyze existing business processes within public administration.
  • Identify optimization potentials and develop target-state processes.
  • Model and document processes and support digital workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops with subject-matter experts.
  • Develop processes with regard to social impact, sustainability, and user-centricity.
  • Support clients from analysis through to implementation.

Requirements

  • Strong sense for interdependencies and a solid methodological foundation in process management.
  • Initial experience in the public sector.
  • Experience modeling and documenting business processes (e.g., with BPMN).
  • Knowledge of common BPM tools (e.g., Adonis, Camunda, Signavio).
  • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Degree in public administration, economics, social sciences, political science, or a related field.
  • Interest in further developing the consulting approach toward impact-oriented process management.
