About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative for Move Concierge making outbound calls and educating clients on home services. Providing top-tier customer experiences and collaborating with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
  • Educate movers on available home services and help them make informed decisions
  • Build trust and rapport with customers to create win-win solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Log call notes and customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Work closely with teammates and leadership to continuously improve

Requirements

  • Strong phone communication skills and a professional, friendly tone
  • Ability to ask the right questions, listen well, and overcome objections
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in your role
  • Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and a drive to hit your goals, even on tough days
  • Inside sales or customer service experience (Nice to Have)
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM (Nice to Have)
  • Spanish-speaking abilities (Nice to Have)
