About the role

  • Accounting and Back Office Assistant Intern supporting Finance team at MotorK in Milan. Handling various administrative tasks and assisting with invoices, payments, and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email inbox and proactively deal with queries and provide responses to our colleagues and customers
  • Process all invoices in a timely manner and ensure coding is correct at the time of entry
  • Resolve any payment queries with customers
  • Manage priorities and deadlines effectively to ensure an efficient working process
  • Assist the Finance Team when required, for example at month end or during periods of absence
  • Check that payments have been received and process each case accordingly
  • Perform regular reports on Excel

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or in on the way to obtain one)
  • Italian native fluency and English proficiency are a must (any additional language will be considered a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A self-starter demeanour who is proactive and takes initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a team player.
