Responsibilities
Support the onboarding and system registration of law firms and legal service providers;
Manage and monitor legal contracts, ensuring compliance with established standards;
Execute payments related to legal expenses (attorney fees, court costs, and related services), focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance;
Provide support to the Legal Shared Services (CSC) teams, Divisions, and Corporate Center in executing financial processes;
Help standardize legal payment processes, seeking continuous improvement and risk reduction;
Ensure proper application of internal policies and procedures, adhering to established deadlines;
Collaborate to improve the quality of the CSC's operational deliverables, promoting excellence in service to legal areas;
Monitor and report any inconsistencies or risks that could impact legal and financial operations.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields (completed or in progress);
Knowledge of administrative and financial routines, especially in a legal context;
Previous experience in a Shared Services Center (CSC) is a plus;
Proficiency with management and control systems (ERP, advanced Excel);
Availability to work in Jundiaí, São Paulo.
