- Technical Leadership in Integrated Planning: Participate in and lead Integrated Planning meetings, guiding Life-of-Mine (LoM) planning cycles.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify short- and long-term risks and opportunities.
- Mine Layout Development: Design mine layouts, including the arrangement of mining faces and access routes, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Mining Engineering and professional registration with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA);
- Knowledge of Deswik, Datamine or similar software;
- Proven experience in mine plan reconciliation;
- Experience in productivity improvement initiatives;
- Proven experience in operational fleet sizing and infrastructure for strategic alignment;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience monitoring mine KPIs (considered an advantage);
- Experience in mine planning (considered an advantage);
- Knowledge of operational fleet sizing and mine infrastructure (considered an advantage);
- Intermediate English (considered an advantage).
