Requirements
- Developed experience and expertise within the relevant technical field
- Professional competency to Incorporated or Chartered grade
- Applies engineering theory and principles to clearly understood situations
- Takes ownership for the preparation and checking of deliverables
- Very good working knowledge of relevant software and similar analytical tools
- Demonstrates good commercial awareness
- Very good knowledge of suppliers and types of services they provide
- Very good understanding of CDM and risk assessment
- Substantially experienced in the management and communication of hazards and risks on projects
- Can act as Principal Designer for appropriate projects
- Supervisory and people manager skills
