About the role

Responsibilities
- Work with business, technology and other partners to help develop strategic technology roadmaps and transformation plans for your internal clients
- Develop and document business cases for technology projects
- Facilitate internal processes around risk management, business management, budgeting and governance for existing and new technology initiatives
- Provide project oversight for key technology initiatives, including upgrades of existing software, new implementations, Gen AI developments, etc.
- Lead working-group sessions and facilitate status meetings for senior stakeholders
- Contribute expertise from your assigned domain to the larger transformation space for strategic decision making across the division
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in influencing or coordinating business projects among dispersed teams
- Experience working in a large enterprise with continual collaboration across divisions
- Familiarity with business technology through exposure to software development, assessment or implementation
- Meticulous organizational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle many moving parts and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Confidence in leading discussions and decision-making processes with colleagues of all levels
