  • Senior Brand Manager responsible for brand presence and strategy at moomoo Financial Canada. Leading campaigns and brand initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help evolve and maintain moomoo’s brand strategy, positioning, and messaging architecture for Canada.
  • Drive clarity around our core ‘reasons to believe’ and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Translate audience, category, and competitive insights into clear strategy, briefs, and creative direction.
  • Lead the development and execution of national brand campaigns, launch moments, and evergreen initiatives.
  • Partner closely with creative teams (internal + external) to ensure concepts are breakthrough, on-strategy, and culturally relevant.
  • Build tight, actionable creative briefs that elevate quality and inspire strong creative output.
  • Shape the brand experience within the Yorkville Store from content and storytelling to programming and community building.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to turn the store into a hub for acquisition, education, creator partnerships, and fintech culture.
  • Oversee brand-aligned content themes, scripts, narratives, and social storytelling.
  • Work with influencer and partnerships teams to ensure creators amplify brand strategy authentically and consistently.
  • Support the development of product education content, creator collabs, UGC, and community moments.
  • Collaborate with product, PR, comms, social, performance media, and global teams to ensure consistent brand expression everywhere.
  • Provide strategic and executional leadership on brand integrations across paid, owned, earned, experiential, and product channels.
  • Maintain brand standards across visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive audits, landscape reviews, and benchmarking across fintech and cross-border brokerage categories.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, resourcing, approvals, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with agencies, vendors, and production teams to bring campaigns and content to life efficiently and on time.
  • Establish clear KPIs for brand, content, campaign effectiveness, and store activation performance.
  • Partner with analytics, performance media, and product teams to translate data into actionable insights that guide creative, messaging, and channel optimization.
  • Monitor and report on brand health metrics, CAC efficiency drivers, audience behavior, funnel performance, and cultural signals.
  • Lead A/B testing across messaging, brand assets, content formats, and creator collaborations to continually raise performance.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to refine brand strategy and ensure every initiative has measurable impact.
  • Evaluate campaign outcomes and distill learnings into future recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or brand management, ideally in fintech, financial services, technology, or a fast-paced consumer brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • Experience developing multi-channel campaigns (OOH, social, video, influencers, experiential, PR, retail).
  • Strong exposure to performance-informed creative or data-driven marketing environments.
  • Experience partnering with analytics/performance teams to improve efficiency across channels.
  • Experience working with or within agencies (brand, creative, integrated, experiential).
  • Experience with store/retail brand activation or cultural/experiential marketing.
  • Demonstrated contributions to organizational culture
