Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, acting as a bridge between the business area and the technical team.
- Map processes and design flows that meet business needs, using modeling tools (UML, BPMN).
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to collect information and validate requirements.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in prioritizing deliverables and in writing user stories for agile teams.
- Conduct and document impact analyses for changes to systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Analyze system proposals and identify errors in requirements.
- Data analysis and modeling using UML or user stories.
- Experience in software development and maintenance activities.
- Production cycle based on Agile or similar methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of queries using Oracle Database management tools.
- Knowledge and preparation of documentation for software test types: Black-box, Regression, Usability, Load and Stress testing.
- Knowledge of database modeling up to Third Normal Form (3NF).
- Knowledge of development architecture types using the concepts of TDD, BDD and DDD.
- Development and modeling of functions and data (procedural, structured and object-oriented).
- System sizing, system design (development and modeling) and software architectures.
- Proficiency in Requirements Engineering and requirements elicitation techniques: JAD, interviews, questionnaires, prototyping, among others.
- Creation of diagrams: context (context diagram), use case, class, sequence, activity, functional and data diagrams.
- Preparation of technical documentation for end users.
- Specification of use cases and modeling of business processes.
- Integration of multiplatform systems.
- Elicitation, development, management, specification and validation of technical requirements.
- Basic project management knowledge, use of Microsoft Project.
- Quality planning and management.
- Projects and initiatives aligned with DevSecOps concepts and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools is desirable.
