Responsibilities
- A contract manager oversees the life cycle of contracts, from creation and negotiation to execution and renewal
- Work closely with the legal department to ensure contracts are legally compliant
- Manage contract projects, analyzing financial impacts
- Summarize key points of simple and complex agreements
- Provide support to business teams in reviewing terms and negotiating contracts
- Review, redline, negotiate and process NDAs with the legal team
- Manage and update the Contract Database
- Track expiration dates and ensure contracts are renewed or terminated on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related field
- 5+ years relevant experience in a global organization supporting sales, procurement, or product development
- Knowledge of documentation and business management principles
- Proficiency in time management and organization to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, SharePoint, DocuSign
- Program or project management experience is preferred
