Responsibilities

  • A contract manager oversees the life cycle of contracts, from creation and negotiation to execution and renewal
  • Work closely with the legal department to ensure contracts are legally compliant
  • Manage contract projects, analyzing financial impacts
  • Summarize key points of simple and complex agreements
  • Provide support to business teams in reviewing terms and negotiating contracts
  • Review, redline, negotiate and process NDAs with the legal team
  • Manage and update the Contract Database
  • Track expiration dates and ensure contracts are renewed or terminated on time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a global organization supporting sales, procurement, or product development
  • Knowledge of documentation and business management principles
  • Proficiency in time management and organization to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, SharePoint, DocuSign
  • Program or project management experience is preferred
