About the role

  • Intern assisting in engineering projects at Monitori focused on real estate monitoring. Hands-on learning opportunities in inspections and technical report preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Support scheduling, coordinating, and participating in on-site technical measurement inspections.
  • Assist in preparing measurement reports and monitoring the physical and financial progress of construction projects.
  • Help analyze and verify budgets, schedules, and paid invoices/accounts.
  • Contribute to the team in developing technical and financial feasibility studies.
  • Gain practical, hands-on experience with the behind-the-scenes aspects of construction control for major players in the Brazilian real estate market.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program (from the 5th semester onward).
  • Eagerness to learn, organized, detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and committed, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to read project/construction drawings.
  • Availability for in-person site visits to construction projects in the city of São Paulo (SP).
