Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, exam-style questions, lesson guides, and worksheets that are curriculum-aligned and challenge students.
  • Craft questions that promote higher-order thinking, application, and creativity.
  • Analyse performance feedback to sharpen and improve resources.
  • Work with tutors, team leads, and subject heads to ensure alignment with teaching strategies.
  • Complete weekly tasks and maintain high-quality standards with proactive communication.
  • Proofread, review, and validate content for accuracy, logic, and relevance.

Requirements

  • Strong subject expertise and research skills to produce high-quality resources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
  • Experience in curriculum-aligned resource development (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with tutors, academic teams, and leadership.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset: identifies gaps in resources and proposes solutions.
  • Continuous improvement: incorporates feedback to enhance resource quality.
