About the role
- Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer fulfilling merchandising needs by stocking shelves and maintaining displays. Representing Mondelēz brands while collaborating with sales representatives in retail locations.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives
- Ensure the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Meet defined physical activities (repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs)
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within a 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Herriman, UT
