About the role
- Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer fulfilling merchandising needs through communication and relationship building. Stocking shelves and optimizing product visibility for Mondelēz brands in-store.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves
- Construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
- Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from Medina, OH
