Responsibilities
- Work with microsegmentation solutions;
- Provision and configure new environments;
- Ensure automated installation, updating and removal of solution components and agents;
- Clarify questions and provide information and/or technical guidance necessary to resolve issues detected in the managed environment and in the use of the tools, following best practices;
- Develop, adjust and create security policy configurations for the solutions;
- Prior experience with Akamai/Guardicore microsegmentation solutions.
Requirements
- Required: completed bachelor's degree.
- Postgraduate degree in Information Security;
- Microsegmentation certification from the tool vendor (GCSA or GCSE).
- Desirable: at least one of the following certifications: (ISC)2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP);
- (ISC)2 Certified in Cybersecurity;
- CompTIA Security+.
- Note: Candidates nearing completion of their degree (expected graduation in December) may be considered for an exception to the higher education requirement.
