- Ideally some prior experience in recruiting with an interest in data processing, organisation and analysis
- Good proficiency with common MS Office applications and very good German language skills
- Quick comprehension, a high degree of independence, and a structured, goal-oriented working style
- Reliability and strong organisational skills
