About the role

  • Junior Recruiter for MOIA Operations in Hamburg, focusing on recruitment for safety drivers and administrative support. Engaging in various processes in a dynamic team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support in recruiting safety drivers for MOIA vehicles
  • Independent management of recruitment for positions at depots and at headquarters
  • Advising managers and departments on job requirements and job descriptions
  • Organising and conducting selection processes and recruitment events for new employees
  • Administrative support throughout the recruiting process, from job postings to personnel files
  • Independent management of various projects within the recruiting team and the HR department

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree, ideally in business, economics or psychology, or a completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some prior experience in recruiting with an interest in data processing, organisation and analysis
  • Good proficiency with common MS Office applications and very good German language skills
  • Quick comprehension, a high degree of independence, and a structured, goal-oriented working style
  • Reliability and strong organisational skills
