Responsibilities
Operational support in recruiting safety drivers for MOIA vehicles
Independent management of recruitment for positions at depots and at headquarters
Advising managers and departments on job requirements and job descriptions
Organising and conducting selection processes and recruitment events for new employees
Administrative support throughout the recruiting process, from job postings to personnel files
Independent management of various projects within the recruiting team and the HR department
Requirements
Successfully completed degree, ideally in business, economics or psychology, or a completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
Ideally some prior experience in recruiting with an interest in data processing, organisation and analysis
Good proficiency with common MS Office applications and very good German language skills
Quick comprehension, a high degree of independence, and a structured, goal-oriented working style
Reliability and strong organisational skills
