About the role
- Product Owner acting as a liaison between clients and development team at Flux Systems GmbH. Managing the product backlog, planning sprints, and ensuring product quality.
Responsibilities
- You act as the interface between customers and the development team, manage the product backlog, and plan sprints.
- You capture, prioritize, and translate customer requirements into actionable epics and user stories.
- You facilitate customer workshops and structure feedback into clear action items.
- You own the product backlog and plan sprints and releases together with the team.
- You define and monitor the roadmap together with the CEO and CTO.
- You are responsible for the "what" and "why" of the product.
- You work closely with our development team and ensure clarity in tasks.
- You bring structure to day-to-day work and help set priorities.
- You are the primary contact for questions from the team.
- You are responsible for testing and functional acceptance before customer deliveries.
- You monitor quality from the customer's perspective and ensure the product is production-ready.
- You support rollouts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, project manager, or in a comparable role, ideally in a software environment (SaaS, B2B, industrial).
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills, including on technical topics.
- Structured way of working, hands-on mentality, and a good sense for technical feasibility.
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
- Preferably: technical understanding in manufacturing / industrial processes.
