Responsibilities
Design and build successful products
Ideate, build, launch and iterate on your products until they’re truly delightful to use and reliably solve users’ needs.
Through weekly on-site immersions in our customers’ offices and thorough data analysis, develop a deep understanding of their goals and challenges.
Ensure our design and prioritization decisions are always grounded in solid customer research.
Make the user experience effective and delightful.
With the Product and Leadership teams, guide the development of our products by continuously evolving the prototype of our 6- and 12-month vision.
Elevate the Product Design craft at Modjo.
In collaboration with Product & Engineering, evolve our Design System to ensure a consistent experience across the entire product.
Uphold UI and UX methodologies, continuously improve our design stack and practices, and raise the collective bar of excellence.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience as a Product Designer for B2B SaaS products, ideally in fast-paced startups or scale-ups.
You design modern, efficient, and delightful interfaces.
You master collaborative design best practices and tools, leveraging Figma and Design Systems to their fullest.
You’re impact-driven: you identify problems independently and propose creative solutions.
You’re a strong communicator and work very well in fast-paced squads.
You hold very high expectations for yourself and those around you; you continually challenge yourself and are always learning.
You can discuss ideas and write strong copy in both French and English.
Parental Leave Soft Landing: Upon returning from maternity or paternity leave, take 1 day off per week for the first 4 weeks to ensure a smooth transition (at full salary).
