About the role
- Ontwerpleider bij BAM verantwoordelijk voor technische installaties in complexe infraprojecten. Aansturen van ontwerpteam en bewaken van projectplannen, budgetten en technische eisen.
Responsibilities
- Stuurt een ontwerpteam aan van ontwerpers en modelleurs.
- Rapporteert aan de Technisch Manager, Integraal Ontwerpmanager of projectmanager.
- Doorgrondt technische eisen, contractstukken en scopeafspraken.
- Borgt heldere afbakening en samenwerking met andere disciplines zoals civiel, wegen, geotechniek, landschapsarchitectuur en ecologie.
- Houdt overzicht over raakvlakken en zorgt voor tijdige afstemming en opvolging.
- Bewaakt scope, planning en ontwerpbudget en signaleert knelpunten tijdig.
- Stelt en beheert de engineeringsplanning en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Fungeert als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgever, projectleiding en stakeholders.
- Is verantwoordelijk voor het toewijzen, vastleggen en aantonen van eisen binnen Relatics, inclusief verificatie en validatie.
- Legt risico’s, afwijkingen en ontwerpkeuzes vast en bewaakt de voortgang.
Requirements
- Afgeronde hbo‑ of wo‑opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als ontwerpleider of in een vergelijkbare coördinerende rol binnen infra‑projecten.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met technische installaties binnen infrastructuur.
- Bekend met werken onder contractuele kaders en eisenmanagement.
- Ervaring met raakvlakkenmanagement binnen multidisciplinaire projecten.
- Communicatief sterk, gestructureerd en in staat overzicht te houden.
- Je combineert helikopterview met oog voor detail, ongeacht de projectomvang.
