About the role
- Product Owner managing feature definitions and stakeholder engagement for B2B software solutions. Collaborating with teams to ensure ROI validation and high business value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Definition of features and user stories according to customer needs and business value.
- Validation of ROI and EVA through customer and stakeholder discussions.
- Management of product backlogs and prioritization together with the Technical Program Manager.
- Creation of mockup concepts, solution designs and roadmaps.
- Explanation of features and user stories to the development teams.
- Risk management and adjustment of priorities as well as balancing dependencies together with the Technical Program Manager.
- Establishment of a Customer Advisory Board.
- Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, customers and the development team.
- Ensuring benefit realization and achievement of objectives.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile software development for a B2B product, preferably in an SAP environment.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
- Strong commitment and reliability.
