About the role

  • Junior Product Manager at Prinova providing commercial and operational support across various functions. A role involving contract management, product development, and operational coordination in London.

Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial and operational support to the Product Management and Sales teams
  • Act as a key link between Commercial, Logistics, Quality, Accounts, and Marketing functions
  • Support contract and pricing management, quotations, stock planning, and customer coordination
  • Contribute to new product development, market research, and commercial opportunities
  • Review all contract balances and expired contracts
  • Highlight contracts without follow on agreements and work with the Commercial team
  • Manage inbox responsibilities by checking the primary, secondary, and tertiary Product Management inboxes
  • Prepare and issue quotations directly to sales teams and customers
  • Calculate forward stock positions and stock limits
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure accurate allocations, export shipments, and imports
  • Allocate products across different entities as required
  • Maintain and manage customer records across multiple accounts
  • Confirm customer orders promptly and accurately
  • Prepare quotations and support the preparation of customer tenders
  • Assist with lead qualification and identification of additional commercial opportunities
  • Monitor shipments and liaise with suppliers regarding pending purchase orders
  • Provide market price updates for the Sales team
  • Liaise with Quality and Accounts teams regarding customer requests
  • Research products, regions, brands, and by‑products along with the Marketing team
  • Conduct research on companies, products, and market information, reporting findings back to the Product Manager
  • Travel with Product Managers and Sales teams for customer visits as required
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by management

Requirements

  • Experience in a logistics or commercial role
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus
  • Strong administrative skills with good Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced team
  • Strong time‑management and multi‑tasking skills, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Willing to travel and work effectively in a multicultural environment
