Responsibilities
You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
You present products attractively and advise and serve customers
You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated display units
You motivate, develop and inspire your team
Requirements
Completed training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters
Excellent knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
A sociable, responsible team-player personality
