About the role

Responsibilities
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are accurate
- Together with your team, you merchandise products attractively
- You advise and serve customers individually, personally, expertly and warmly
- You take responsibility for the service counters
- You ensure the optimal performance of the relevant refrigerated shelves and freezers in the self-service area
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master butcher qualification (Meister) or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in the service counter area
- Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- An outgoing, responsible team-player personality
