  • General Manager responsible for executing store operations and expanding market presence. Oversee all facets of sales and service operations while coaching and managing staff for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the store operations playbook flawlessly to achieve store objectives.
  • Supervise all facets of store operations, including consumer sales and service operations.
  • Support overall company objectives and ensure consistent messaging in alignment with management.
  • Provide store performance reports utilizing Key Performance Indicators.
  • Identify local market opportunities and utilize corporate support for business enhancement.
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain qualified candidates.
  • Manage team performance and provide coaching to enhance effectiveness in each role.
  • Uphold customer treatment standards to foster complete customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of training and participate in company training initiatives.
  • Oversee the sale of all company products and services.
  • Manage incoming leads generated by the Business Development Center.
  • Accurately forecast unit sales and gross profit levels.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to review GM Scorecard.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is a prerequisite.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales management is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and technical aptitude is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must.
  • Strong computer skills with familiarity in SalesForce are preferred.
